Ben passed away in January 1998, he was 47. Ben lived in Norristown at the time of his death and lived in Burke, Virginia prior to moving back to Norristown. He worked for the federal government for more than 15 years. Ben was survived by his wife a son and a daughter. Ben attended Goldie Beacom Junior College in Wilmington, Delaware and Federal City College in Washington DC.

His father worked for my uncle and I would get invited to the company picnic at "West Point Park" and we would go on the rides together, later we were in the same homeroom at Stewart. He called me one night when he moved back to the area and we were planning to go out for Wings and never did, unfortunately I won't get that opportunity again.
